Shipments and Delivery

We understand that when you place an order online you expect speedy delivery, which is why we use an express courier service to handle most of our consignments. If you purchase before 10am EST we aim to deliver to all capital cities and major regional centres before 2pm the next day. For some of the more remote regions of Australia delivery may take longer.

To purchase from this Website the minimum online order (not including shipping) is $5.95.

Shipping (over night despatch) is capped at $6.95* per online order (within Australia)

Free Delivery* (over night despatch) is available on orders over $65.00 (within Australia)

PLEASE NOTE: Our express courier companies will generally not leave items without obtaining a signature for the consignment. In the event that you will not be home to accept the delivery please indicate this in the shipping instructions when placing your order.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and this is also an express service via our regular courier or via Express Post dependant on location.

*Cost of Shipping includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. All fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders which have been placed separately. Your package will be despatched at the purchasers risk, but special care is taken to ensure delivery.
 

Return Policy

Should you need to return an item for whatever reason please email us to arrange a Return Authorisation Number. This is required so that the product can be easily traced when it is returned to our warehouse. Please note, returning product without an R.A.N. may result in delays processing the returned item.

Please keep in mind that for us to accept an item back it must be in its original packaging and be in saleable condition. The original *Cost of Shipping will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If the product is opened or used but is faulty, unfit for the purpose, of unmerchantable quality or does not match the sample or description, we will provide an exchange item or refund in full at the customers discretion.

Greengage Printer Supplies will accept the above-mentioned returns within 21 days from the original date of purchase.
